George Pickhardt
Chairman of the Board
George Pickhardt is a third-generation pest control operator. He took over operations of Arrow Environmental Services from his father, Vernon Pickhardt, in 1992 with a vision to build the company into a national leader of pest control services.
Pickhardt’s strong background in entomology and business have helped him successfully plan a growth strategy that has built Environmental Pest Service into one of the largest pest control companies in the country. He has a bachelor’s degree in entomology, a master’s degree in ornamental horticulture and Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida.
Shawn Lucht
Chief Executive Officer
Joining EPS in March 2018, Shawn Lucht brings more than 25 years of experience working with customer-facing organizations such as ADT and Brink’s Home Security. Prior to joining EPS, Shawn served as the senior vice president, sales and store operations for Champion Home Exteriors. During his tenure, he helped the company grow the bottom line through sales enhancements and cost reductions.
He also served as chief customer officer and senior vice president of operations for ADT Security Services. There, he managed customer-facing environments, including the call center, customer portal and field technicians. He began his career with Brink’s Home Security, where he worked his way up to executive vice president of operations.
Lucht received his Master of Business Administration and his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is also a graduate of the Tuck Executive Program at Dartmouth College.
David Bradford
Chief Financial Officer
David Bradford joined Environmental Pest Service as Chief Financial Officer in 2016, bringing over 15 years of experience in corporate finance to the EPS team. His extensive experience working with companies that have grown quickly and that serve a large geographic area will prove extremely beneficial at EPS, as it is one of the fastest-growing pest control companies in the nation.
Before joining EPS, Bradford held management positions with companies such as the Outdoor Reservation Management Group, Spirit Airlines, United Maritime Group and Tupperware Brands Corporation.
Bradford earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Texas – Arlington and is member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Michael Rolman
Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations
Michael Rolman, a veteran high-level sales and operations professional in the pest control industry, joined EPS in September 2016. His primary focuses are the utilization of training, facilitating sharing of best practices and implementing enhanced operational procedures to continue EPS’s best-in-class performance. With more than 20 years of experience, he was most recently sales director for the northern U.S. and international divisions for Terminix.
Rolman has a degree in business administration.
David Joles
Vice President of Sales
David Joles joined Arrow in September of 2015 as the Director of Sales and moved into Director of Sales, overseeing all regions, in February 2016, and then to Vice President of Sales in May 2018. He works with all levels of the organizations to drive sales and customer retention. Bringing with him more than 23 years of industry experience, he was previously Region Vice President at Terminix and Region Manager at Orkin.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in management from Kaplan University in 2009.
Brian Dworetsky
Regional Vice President, Bug Out Service & Skyline Pest Solutions
Brian Dworetsky joins the team as Regional Vice President for Bug Out Service. Dworetsky has more than 30 years of experience in service based industries. Most notably, as Vice President and General Manager of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, he was recruited as the first corporate officer and employee in western Canada, with executive functions for new business units. In this role, he created and developed an award-winning $100M operation with 40 locations and 275 employees. He has also held positions as Vice President of Operations at Aramark and Vice President/Area Manager for Johnny On The Spot/United Site Services.
He is a graduate of the University of Florida and is an avid golfer and baseball fan.
JR Baldwin
Director of Information Technolgy
JR Baldwin joined Arrow in April of 2018. He brings more than 15 years of experience delivering world-class IT infrastructure to businesses across a wide range of industries. JR will provide a strong foundation for the company as our technology platform continues to grow.
Prior to joining EPS, Baldwin served as the director of data center operations for Bigge Crane and Rigging, where he helped improve network performance at the organization’s five locations and reduced IT incidents by nearly half. In addition, he helped mature the existing IT department and improve help desk responses. Baldwin’s previous positions include director of IT infrastructure for Integrated Supply Network (ISN), director of technical support and data center operations for Health Integrated, and UNIX system administrator for Masonite.
Kim Dufoe
Financial Controller
Bringing more than 20 years of Finance and Accounting experience, Kim Dufoe joined EPS as Financial Controller in May 2017. Most recently serving as Director of Finance for Sentry Safe and LiDestri Foods, as well as serving on the Finance Committee for the local humane society, Dufoe relocated to the sunshine state from Rochester, New York. Dufoe is focused on maximizing return on financial assets and guiding financial decisions by establishing and enforcing financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems.
Dufoe holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting & Finance with a minor in Management from St. John Fisher College in Pittsford, New York. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Bob Wilgus
Director of Marketing
Bob Wilgus, Director of Marketing, joined EPS in June 2018. With more than 25 years of experience in developing innovative marketing strategies to improve sales and lead generation, Bob oversees all marketing related activities for all regions.
Bob has developed a high level of expertise in marketing strategy, product branding, sales, and content development. Prior to joining EPS, he was the Director of Marketing for LeadingResponse in Tampa, FL, where he created and executed new client acquisition strategies for businesses in the financial, legal, senior living, franchise and healthcare markets. Wilgus earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Westfield State University.
Dawn Hammond
Vice President of Human Resources
Dawn brings 17 years of diverse HR leadership across several service-oriented industries including Senior Housing, Healthcare and most recently Corrections. She came to EPS from the private equity owned Trinity Services Group, where she was the Director of Human Resources. Prior to that, Dawn was the Director of Human Resources for Laser Spine Institute, located in Tampa with 600 employees.
She has a degree in Business Administration and is a member of Society for Human Resource Management. Dawn and her husband live in Tampa with two children, Luke and Ryleigh.
Josh Langdon
NC Region Director
Josh came to the company through the Allied group acquisition in November 2017. Prior to that, he worked for his family’s business. Starting in May of 2000, he quickly moved through different positions and responsibilities – including working through multiple acquisitions, brands and locations. In his 20 years in our industry, Josh has developed passions for customer service, personnel development, and operational achievement.
Josh lives in Raleigh with his wife Elizabeth and their sons George, and Jack.
